The YAG (Your Alpha Game) method, inspired by World Champion Areti Mastrodouka, is designed to foster both physical and mental resilience as a foundation for achieving our most ambitious goals. The diverse paths that have led Areti to the top repeatedly in sports and life were not only built on intense physical training but, more critically, on disciplined mental fortitude. With 30 years of experience in championships, kickboxing, and boxing, Areti now embarks on a new journey as a coach and mentor, bringing forward the principles that sustained her journey to excellence.

The YAG method goes beyond traditional training; it aims to support and empower individuals to develop their personal strength and resilience, preparing them for every challenge ahead. It is a space where dreams of personal growth, mental empowerment, and physical wellness come together, cultivating a deep-rooted confidence that stems from mental strength and self-awareness. In this space, Areti uses her life's work to inspire others to unlock their inner resilience, embrace change, and pursue their ultimate potential.

10 sessions

The YAG (Your Alpha Game) method is structured in 6 basic sessions, each of which focuses on a fundamental element of mental resilience: Focus, Motivation, Perseverance, Emotional Control, Confidence, and Resilience. In these sessions, participants explore in depth how concentration and dedication (Focus) can thwart obstacles, while discovering sources of inspiration and energy (Motivation) for continuous development. Determination pushes them not to give up in the face of challenges, while Emotional Control enables them to manage stress and doubts. By cultivating Confidence, they build a firm belief in their strengths, while Resilience equips them to face every setback with courage. Each session is a purposeful experience designed to transform participants and lead them to a higher version of themselves.

Permanent Change

The YAG method doesn't just offer a temporary boost; it aims for permanent change. With the 6 building blocks, participants gain the tools and mindset they need to stay strong, no matter what the circumstances. They learn to face challenges with confidence and come back stronger, building a resilience that stays with them for life.
